You own your data. We process it only to provide the service. If you cancel, we make your data available for export for 30 days. After that period, your data is permanently deleted. You can export all of your data at any time from Account Settings.
Do not use the platform for properties you have no authority to manage. Do not attempt to access other users' data. Do not upload illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. There is no minimum contract and no minimum term. Refunds are not provided for partial months. A free trial is available as shown on the pricing page — no credit card is required to start your trial.
We take security seriously but cannot guarantee against all possible breaches. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information provided by the platform — always verify critical information independently.
We will notify you by email at least 30 days before making material changes to these terms. Continued use of the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
